Import fails: Directory not found


hi all,

in process of evaluating team foundation server, have downloaded , extracted virtual machine http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=f221c660-161b-43ca-95f3-e0e4aad8d43e&displaylang=en containing evaluation versions of various ms products.

i have added hyper-v role win server 2k8 standard edition server sp2, , trying import image. however, import fails saying directory trying import not found. directory on local drive, suggested other users in forum. tried copying files location of test virtual machine created still same error appears.

can me out on this, please?

install , run virtual machine under microsoft hyper-v. this, need extract download files single vhd , create new virtual machine. have create new vm existing vhd.

the file "working visual studio 2010 rtm virtual machine.docx" included in list of downloads contains additional instructions use virtual machine.

just copy vhds hyper-v host in location of choice, , create new vm using hyper-v mgmt snap-in. when reach point you're asked vhd file location, choose existing file , point location , name of vhd file.

make sure not have hidden network connection after creation of new vm
