[RemoteApps] Print issues on redirected printer with "Run As" published app.

hi all,

i have rds deployment on windows server 2012 r2. published 4 remoteapps run ".bat" call app using "runas.exe" command in order always run apps same user credentials. (these apps require lot of profile customization before can run propperly, prepared generic user profile)

everything works perfect... well, everything. we're running issues printing on these remoteapps. printers correctly redirected, , saw them available when try print, when we select 1 of redirected printers, the "print" button gets greyed-out.

i guess error may related security context. instance have "user1" logs on in webaccess portal , run remoteapp1, but this app runs "generic user", when we try print, generic user might not have permissions access redirected printers "belongs" user1... thought.

any ideas?... in advance.

i found workaround... disabled remote desktop easy print on session host server, can done gpo or through local policy (gpedit.msc).

i went to: "computer policy -> administrative templates -> windows components -> remote desktop services -> remote desktop session host -> printer redirection", disabled setting "use remote desktop easy print printer driver first".

the consideration have install every printer driver on session host able print.
