License Clarifications

dear all,

1 of customer wants buy 5nos of windows server 2012 standard os
+ 500 cals. customer need clarifications above
license enough environment or need buy additional
license.

need provide appropriate solution. kindly provide me
same.

hereby explain complete setup customer going implement
in environment:

     customer having 5 hp servers has 2 cpu's , 500nos of
desktop.now customer wants install 1 physical os , 2 virtual os
in 5 hp servers. 5 physical server os , 10 virtual server os
access (not remotely) 500 nos of desktop.

kindly suggest me license require purchase?
or current license requirement (5nos of windows server 2012
standard os + 500 cals) enough?
