hi,

from description, encountered problem when try add domain users local group membership on server one. i'd make further investigation detect cause.

1. suspect security channel between server 1 , domain broken. possible dis-join , re-join server 1 domain? may know server one's role in domain?

2. please let me know exact symptoms. when opening locations dialog, can see "entire directory-->[your domain name]" node, or grayed out?

3. try type user principle name (just username@domainname) add local group membership. click ok , check how works.

4. please let know domain , networking topology. there multiple domains in same forest? also, gcs running correctly now?

5. there special errors in event logs?

regards,
