Slow file access on Windows 2008 R2 server with SAN connections

hi all,

we have windows cluster hosting 1 of major application institution. cluster 2 nodes cluster running windows 2008 r2 , cluster disks san connected. cluster configured have microsoft sql 2008 running , separated file share application. clients access application using file share , average load time application 25 second. time time, run issue application takes minutes load or not loading @ all. during time, try access share folder , slow. same issue when try access on server. strange thing other shares on server not have same slowness. each of share on owned san disk. tried turn off processes may access files on problem drive did not resolve issue. way can normal access time bring cluster disk host share offline, wait minute, , bring online. checked server resources , did not find anything. check san team , did not see wrong on server. tools use troubleshooting problem process explorer, handles, , others.

does experience similar behavior on windows 2008 r2 server?

is there other tools can use monitor files access detail information?
