Desktop Redirect - Shortcuts

hi all,


i have redirected users desktop particular folder(servername\home\desktop\, contains shortcut documents , support folder, have our remote assistance client , few batch files used support purposes

i want allow users able create shortcuts (to apps) on desktop not save files.  how can this?

if fileserver (where desktop redirected) atleast windows server 2003 r2, can use filescreens.
