Unable to Join Windows 7 pro sp1 to Windows 2000 domain

sachin sysadmin working in small base company w e have 50 user,my domain windows 2000 server, had purchase 5 new system all os windows 7 pro xp mode.i want join new system windows 2000 server when joining new system domain got error
join opration not successful.tis because exiting
computer account having name test-pc perviosly created using diffrent
set of credentials. use diffrent computer name or contact system adminstrator
remove stale conflicting account. error was
access denied
have change computer name several time , check no luck . have check nslookup check working find showing me domain name ping done old system working fine on domain. 5 new system not joining domain. have disable ipv6 , have disable firewall also.
i had check c:\windows\debug\netsetup please find below error
