Handle Violation of Primary Key Constraint in SSIS

     i getting following error when running integration services
project to insert , update data 1 sql server database sql
server database: "violation of primary key constraint". cannot insert duplicate key in object.
     there way check if key unique prior trying to
transfer data? once 1 error stops , none of data
transfered. project designed ran every few weeks to
update destination data match source reporting
purposes.
