SSRS with Oracel and mixed-language column
we have oracle 11 database table has varchar2 column containing hebrew , arabic data. older crystal reports reports display fine, ssrs fails display arabic required. static labels show arabic without problem.
playing nls parameters or changing language @ data set level not seem help. connection string has unicode=true in it.
do have change column type nvarchar (as cause great deal of work on dependent objects) or there another, more simple solution?
hi ybs,
according description, column contains 2 language values in oracle database. when create report column in ssrs, arabic failed display.
in scenario, please share screenshots report design , preview results in ssrs. please share sample data exists in oracle database. can try reproduce issue fix it.
