Virtual Machine on External Network fails to reach Internet, says Local Access Only.

i have 2 nics, realtek , nvidia, each a 1b connection. have dedicated realtek 1 gb external network, , assigned vm running (a windows server 2008 sp2 dc).

from hyper-v server shows 3 nics follows:

1. realtek 1gb nic -assigned hyper-v when installed external network. assigned virtual machine (server 2008 dc) -properties shows: microsoft virtual switch protocol checked in properties. shows sent packets none recieved.

2. hyper-v created nic - shows sent packets none recieved. configured dhcp, client ms net, file , print, tcp/ipv4, both link layer protocols

3. nvidia nic - not assigned hyper-v -works , allows remote connection system. configured as static ip, client ms net, file , print, tcp/ipv4, both link layer protocols

virtual networks
this shows 1 created, external 1 assigned #1 above (realtek 1gb nic).

inside virtual machine/server - windows server 2008 enterprise acting new domain controller, new domain, wins , dns setup.
for nic says local access only
shows packets sent, none recieved.
it configured as static ip, client ms net, file , print, tcp/ipv4, both link layer protocols  -nothing else appears(is virtual switch protocol supposed appear, not if so).

any idea wrong here?
