NTP Server - SpecialPollTimeRemaining

we receiving event ids 38 following message:

the time provider ntpclient cannot reach or receiving invalid time data ntp2.usno.navy.mil (ntp.m|0x1|192.168.1.3:123->192.5.41.209:123).

after re-starting w32time service work 10-12 hours message appear once again in logs.

decided change ntp server time source following server: time.nrc.ca,0x1

my question following setting under ntpcleint in registry (specialpolltimeremaining). don't remember ever defining setting, showing old ntp server pointing "ntp2.usno.navy.mil,7baa8d8"

my question auto populate new 1 or can changed reflect new ntp external time source?
