Password Policy

i need implement following password policy on active directory domain:

1.   domain users:

      a. age - 15 days

      b. password length - 9 characters

      b. complexity enabled

2.   admins

      a. age - 15 days

      b. password length - 15 characters

      c. complexity enabled

now how can achieve implementation of these 2 different type of password policies 2 different group of users....?

 this can achieved in single domain windows 2008 or later functional level using fine grained password policies (or fgpp). more information can found here:
