ALM - VM crashing abruptly

my alm vm tfs is not working, when open vm try connect tfs shows error - can not connect tfs database, although sql server running on machine. when open database see databases (suspect) status - can 1 let me know how fix problem.

here solution - repeat process database in vm http://support.powerdnn.com/kb/a398/how-to-repair-a-suspect-database-in-mssql
