COM+ service is not working in Windows Server 2003

my web application calling the com+ service in windows server 2003 , not working . but, same com+ service running in windows server 2003 , responds web application. actually, everything till last week. server application log shows below message. bounce server , restarted service, doesn't work out.

server application log message:

the average call duration has exceeded 10 minutes. if not expected behavior, please see article 910904 in microsoft knowledge base @ http://support.microsoft.com details on how use com+ autodump feature automatically generate dump files and/or terminate process if problem occurs again.
