ADMT Compatibility Questions

hi folks,

i need clarification on admt part.

1. can install admt tool on domain controller ? if not complications?

2. can create migration account on source server , use migration? if not challenges?

should install admt on member server in target domain , use account created on target domain migration. why so? >>> cause should install sql , sql not recommended on domain controllers.other recommendation create specific account migration can use own account if account member of domain administrators group on both domain.
