Application crash with KERNELBASE.dll

hello all,

we running ibm sterling commerce edi application on windows 2012 data center version, server on vm , since installation time (did 3-4 months back) have not done windows patches or updates. since last few days observing when working on our edi application, application crashes message " ibm sterling gentran server microsoft windows has stopped working" , when checked event viewer found because of kernelbase.dll, please see event viewer information.  we have tried start application run administrator, no use. request kindly resolve issue.

1.please contact app's vendor,check if give tech-support.

2.you use ' bcdedit /set nx alwaysoff ' turn off data execution prevention (dep) , test again, set of hardware , software technologies designed prevent harmful code running in protected memory locations. more information, please refer following microsoft technet article:
