Visual Studio 2015 “forgets” Proxy Authentication

my problem every time start vs, see

http code 407: proxy authentication required

in output window.

this despite me having entered credentials , having agreed remember credentials.

so have go team->manage connections. opens team explorer "manage connections" link. @ point in output window see:

tf205020: not connect server ‘*****.visualstudio.com*****’. server used in last session, might offline or unreachable. confirm server available on network. attempt connect again, or different server, click ‘connect team foundation server’ in team explorer or team menu.

the server returned following error: http code 407: proxy authentication required

then clicking on "manage connections->connect team project" gives me window team foundation server configured under team project collections see 407 error. below need click switch user. gives me login prompt --- , here comes funny part --- type first letter of login , click on suggested name, autofills username , password , after successful connection.

so why not work automatically when starting vs in first place? information there! known bug or missing further options?
