How to Move large amounts of Data?

does know of program move large amounts of data,  , keep file permissions , folder structure?

disks 2tb files in excess of 100mb / file

we switching old san new disk array,  when attempt move files xcopy receive out of memory errors.

any suggestions?

from can see suggest robocopy.

robocopy can copy/mirror bot folder structure , file permissions. have used 2gb+ migrations before.
