Not able to extend volume

have windows server 2008 r2 server trying extend c drive 20gb unallocated error not enough space.

hi,

that normal , not able extend c: if have 2 partitions on same disk. way use third party tools. 

why saying there not enough space because not have unallocated space between c , d drive. right can extend d drive has unallocated space after.

so extend c need use third party tool.
