Work Item Field Explorer add values in collection

in tfs work item...

i want add values in system.state open work item field explorer...but when open open in disable cant edit in system.state  collection want add more values in system.state collection

how can add in ..plz tell me

what's version of tfs?

you can try , use process editor editor wit.

the general steps following.
1. download , install tfs power tools if not install before. if using tfs 2010, can use tfs 2010 power tools.
2. open target wit via process editor.
3. go workflow tab, click toolbox to add new state and transition link, , define state change workflow.
