i have pos printer, ct-310. using ct-310 slow when using remote desktop services in windows 2008 r2 (25 seconds print) using generic text driver prints way faster (1-2 seconds) format off. i have created custom form, not listed in paper size. the custom form 80x3276mm.   i not sure why it's not listed @ paper size setting (found printer must able handle paper ??) else want use printer commands options set paper size in there.
